Vintage Karen Lynne Designer 14K gold Carved Rose Flower Pin/Brooch

Mid-Century, circa 1950's, 14K gold carved rose brooch or pin, set in a very elegant setting of 14k gold, and secured by a hinged pin.   Signed KL 14k.  I've seen several of these, usually marked gold filled, but this one is clearly marked 14k.   Karen Lynne was a very desirable designer for the Charles Rothman Company, famously tied to Beverly Hills, Boca Raton, and Cave Creek, AZ. 

It measures 1 1/8" high, and 1" wide, and weighs 4.8 grams.  It is in wonderful vintage condition with no signs of damage.
